Coconut Aminos

Coconut aminos is a great substitute for tamari and soy sauce.  You should be able to find it at your local health food store, or at Whole Foods.  It looks like this.  If you’re committed to giving up soy 100%, this is a staple pantry item for you.  You can even bring it when you go out to sushi to dip your sashimi in.
